The Fairfax County librarian told me to forgot about paying for it when I told her why I lost it. I always tried to remember to put my car keys, driver's license, credit card, smart card, payphone chg etc in the "pocket of my badge" as soon as I got to work. Someone came up from Ft Belvoir & heard about the WTC on the radio. I was online to the Wash Post & heard about the 2nd plane. The guy in the Reserves who got a medal wanted us to go to the courtyard to which I replied, NO let's get the Hell out of here.
