It's a Fairfax County park that was donated by a civic-minded D.C. family. It's greatest intent was to make it handicap-accessible for older, handicapped children with major disabilities like cerebral palsy. There are very large swings in the back of the park that have seatbelts and there are ramps and wide walkways everywhere. The entire playground is coated with colorful, rubberized surfaces.
